A few things people often wonder about before they write to us.
Do I need to have my data ready? No. Many clients come to us with messy spreadsheets or disconnected databases. Part of our job is to help you organise and clean that data before any modelling begins.
How much does a typical project cost? Discovery sprints start at £4,500. Full model-development projects range from £15,000 to £80,000 depending on complexity and data volume. We always quote a fixed price after the discovery phase, so there are no open-ended bills.
Can you work with our existing IT team? Yes, and we prefer it. We use standard tools like Python, Docker, PostgreSQL and common cloud platforms. Our engineers join your Slack or Teams channels during the project and hand over full documentation at the end.
What if AI turns out to be the wrong solution? We will tell you. In roughly one out of every five discovery sprints, we conclude that a rules-based system or a simpler statistical method would be more reliable and cheaper to maintain. In those cases, we recommend the better approach and can still help build it.
